Hi, I'm Nikhil, a certified Yoga Instructor and passionate wellness guide dedicated to helping individuals discover strength, balance, and inner peace through yoga.

With a strong foundation in yoga science and traditional practices, I completed my training from Monargi Deshi National Institute of Yoga. I hold a Foundation Course in Yoga, CCYPI Certification, Diploma in Yoga Science, and specialized training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Over the years, I have guided students of all levels — from beginners to advanced practitioners — in improving flexibility, posture, mindfulness, and overall well-being through structured and mindful practice.
